Adoration and Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament is a time in which the Eucharist is placed inside the monstrance for the people to see and adore. It is a time of prayer before the physical Presence of Jesus.
Signing up for an adoration hour means that you are committing to be present during that hour every week. During exposition and adoration (when the Blessed Sacrament, the Eucharist, is exposed in the monstrance) there should always be two persons present. We schedule three persons (married couples count as one) per hour. You will be given contact information for the others in your time slot, so that you can communicate amongst yoursleves when you need to be absent, making sure two persons will still be there.
